Wedding Day Coordination Package

This package was created for couples who have taken care of the initial planning themselves and would like to relax and enjoy their big day!  This package entitles you to:

• One meeting 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding day
• Development and maintenance of wedding day schedule
• Supervision of rehearsal
• Supervision of ceremony and reception set-up
• Coordination of ceremony and reception (from beginning until cake cutting)
• Use of the coordinators’ wedding emergency kit 

*coordinator requires a meal at the reception*

Full Wedding Planning Package

This package was created for couples who would like their wedding day to be professionally planned from beginning to end.  In addition to the Wedding Day Coordination Package, this package also includes:

• Budget creation and maintenance
• Recommendation of vendors
• Attendance at all vendor meetings, as required
• Assistance with guest list and seating arrangements
• Developing and implementing a theme for your wedding
• Recommendations regarding décor, food, attire, favours, centerpieces and wedding stationery
• Handling vendor follow-ups
• Unlimited wedding related emails and phone calls
• Anything else required to plan your perfect day!

Wedding Consultation Services

This package was created for couples who would like to plan their big day, however may need a little assistance along the way.  Consultation services can include:

• Budget creation
• Recommendation of vendors
• Developing a theme for your wedding
• Developing a wedding day schedule
• Answer questions regarding wedding etiquette
• Any other wedding related questions
